Eb3 download and upgrade question

naa laga vere valu kuda untaru in this position for sure.

so PD is 1/28/2015...

if, for suppose, just call it pure sky target lo malli eb3 inka koncham move aiyinde anukondi... 

 

apudu nen downgrade chesukunte, naku ead osthadi but GC will be far away kada.(by applying i485 and i140 together), Right?

aithe.. ala chesaka konni years tharavata eb2 Action date after 1/28/2015 undi anukondi.. can i once again move back to eb2 to use it and get my gc application?

but a process lo job peekite...u will have backup EAD atleast right...?

Yes. As long as you didnt activated your eb3 EAD and still maintaining h1 status

For u r date ead is good enough . 

Ne date ki pedda teda undadhu eb-3 or eb2 final action date .

vere senior friends with good knwledge on immigration stuff is saying, he is apply for i485 but not going to activate AP EAD. what sense does it make?

dependents will get EAD and AP use both

primary just get EAD and stay on H1

Apply and get EAD but maintain H1 till you get GC. EAD is only for back up ante incase all hell breaks lose and you lose your job and status..

I don't find any reasons why you want to keep H1b when you have ead. ead vallanna chala benefits vunayi.

But once you loose your H1 and start using EAD you can't go back to EB2 queue again.. You are stuck with your EB3 based I1485.. EB3 current ayyindi kaani 2013, 2014 vallaki ippatlo GC raadu EB2 is a much better option oka 3 to 5 years lo chance untundi 2013 2014 priority date vallaki.. If travel ban continues 2022 lone ravochu EB2 2013 and 2014 vallaki GC..

thanks baa makes sense for people with eb2 with 2012 PD. eb3 with pd 2013 or after can continue getting ead know why wait for  struggling and working on H1-B.

My company vaadu chesthunnaadi downgrade. Mine is Feb 2012 EB2. Vaadu maral interfile cheyya mannaadu..so appudu sangathi ...apuudu chuddamule...anukuni...nenu yes cheppaanu..

I have see one live example in my company. my colleague got EAD in EB3 during 2007 time and in 2012 my company applied EB2 PERM and I 140 and tehy interlinked and he got his Green card in one month. H1 ki interlink ki sambandhamu ledhu..
