But as the date are moving I am looking at option of consular processing. Any one have idea about this what are the risk factors? Quote

If you are in US you can file AOS, if you are out of country you can do consular processing. Usually FB petitions do CP. Employment based category lo challenges yemi untayo teliyadu. Quote

Planning to move to india atleast for 7-10 years.May or may not come back to us. my pd is nov 2014 eb2. naaku telisi nantha varaku. : if i am in india and GC dates current aythe and if i want to stay in us. Then i will come to us on h1 and apply labor and port my date and get GC: we cant extend ead from outside us. GC vacchaka not more than 6 months outside us so antha neccessity ledhu anipinchindi ead valla if anyone want to go back to india for good Quote

If we convert to consular processing we can go to consulate and get GC when the Final action date is current. if we have I140 we don’t need to go through lottery again? Quote
