Birth Certificate - late Date of Registration

Date of registration naadi after 1 year of date of Birth undi idi emaina issue avutunda GC processing lo..?  Certificate lo date of registration change cheyincha vacha?

for eg: 1984 birth year and registration of birth year : 2012.

any suggestions?

Is this an issue with different date of registration from municipality?

ala vunte birth year is 1984 and registration of birth year 1985 vuntundhi kada. 2012 how

Just submit as it is. My attorney said No need to wait for affidavit. Worst case they will issue RFE only if they have any doubt. Even its late, submittind 10th class certificate (additional educational docs which we submit) should be fine.
