Urgent Help: Questionnaire of I-140 and AOS

hii friends,

naku ichina questionnaire lo job title and worksite location undi. ippudu naa present job title and worksite location mention cheyala or is it has to be the same job title and worksite location which were previously mentioned in my approved PERM and I-140 petitions ?

naa intial H1B and extensions lo different titles and worksite mention chesa, one time as programmer analyst and another time as software developer. I am confused now if this in anyway impacts my EB3 downgrade and I-485 filing.

I work as an on-site contractor working at client location for a desi consultancy employer.
