BJP just won't learn , this is worse than Jagan's liquor policy.  

They are just encouraging havala operations on a large scale with this move . Anyone who's selling assets and moving abroad won't think twice before going to havala operators .

The big fish will just use shell companies to transfer funds , this will only affect middle class people
