EAD reject ayethey you have to goback to india.

H1 reject ayethey you can use EAD. So basically EAD should be used in emergency.

So basically, we take EAD for backup of H1. once we start using the EAD, can we go back to H1? heard that we can not go back to H1 once we start using it.

people are saying that once we downgrade from eb2 to eb3 and if we start using ead then we can not upgrade to eb2, even though FAD are current in eb2, is that true?

Yes EAD and AP are just back up . Even our immigration lawyer said the same .
