Firstly Bio Diversity is not a culpable homicide but an accident and laws applicable will imply as the matter in court. Tell me what the police department or municipal dept didn’t follow after the incident and I will correct myself. Police booked the guy on various sections and arrested and produced him in the court and he is on bail and the punishment is yet to be served. Municipal dept learned from the mistake soon shut the flyover and took experts feedback to install grinders and additional protection. if there is any mistake on government I see it in the design but not extending any favors to the accuaed Quote
