Most Unlucky Hero in Tollywood so far I think is Uday Kiran 

 

1st Three movies(Chithram, Nuvvu Nenu, Manasantha Nuvve) Super hits and ended up costing his life...... Don't think anyone can beat Uday Kiran in this category.
