lets say i am the single earner in the household of 3 with $100k income. 

i filed taxes as married filing jointly, so other two members in the household ki Wages amount naa wages amount same untundaa ?

paina question lo OR anedi koncham confusing ga anipinchindi bro naku, thats why i thought i should mention same total income for every household member in "Total income from tax return or Item 1 on W-2" bracket.

I don't think so, I filed towards the end of last year, and this form was not required then.
