Question for adding additional screen to PC

I have Lenovo idea center all in one desktop 

I need to add one additional monitor screen 

I think HDMI connector should work right to the two screens 

can we add Lenovo to additional Apple screen ? Is it possible

Yes plug the second display  in HDMI socket and in windows settings , turn on multiple displays and configure how you want it work .
