Hathras rape: BJP MLA holds meeting of upper castes to support accused, claims they are not guilty

A former Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Rajveer Pahalwan on Sunday called a meeting of upper caste members at his home in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh to support the accused amid massive outrage over the brutal gangrape of a 20-year-old Dalit woman, reported Hindustan Times.

DNA samples in  v****na lo dorakanappudu , molestation section pettochu gani Rape section pettalemu.. this what is CRPC says.if you want to change this then ask the Bodi thata than crying baseless.. Our laws are basically copy pasted from UK and Canada.

i am not supporting the culprits here..if you need Justice follow the procedure... do not add masala for your personal or political gain... PIN them using right sections and right evidences, in this case they can add section 302 here as they got DNA evidences on the victim's clothes and body, further bring pressure on the judicial system so that the case can be expedited for the conviction then encounter them nobody questions it after that. 

These political buffoons are insisting on Rape case rather than section 302 to be added, Looks like Congress guys are playing drama to save the culprits here....

cremation jarigindi incident ayyi 12 days tharuvatha , appatiki evidences emi untadi naa bongu...so kalchina okate poodchina okate... main problem is  at sample collection stage it happened after 11 days where you get very minimum evidence to prove that Rape happened .. why do you want to put a case something you can not prove but extend the culprit's life, an experienced lawyer will roll this as many years as he can using this as an advantage. That is what going to happen when you add a rape case on this incident... finally people are going to say that our system sucks... but it is us who is not using the system properly. We want it to behave at our convenience which never happens anywhere in the world. 

if you you want real justice then we need to go with whatever we have & PIN these guys, expedite the trail get the conviction from high court,  then encounter them..

These political guys never help the victims on the first... especially congee's they wanted to replicate the Nirbhaya's issue out of Air... which is not going to help the victim family.
