How to attend meetings

When both husband and wife have meetings, do people hear over each other in your meeting? Even if offices are in separate rooms, there is some disturbance during meetings especially if you're presenting.

After hearing what my husband talks in his meeting, I realized he doesn't do anything. He talks with some people about what they need, he talks with some other people about what they should do. In the middle, I don't know what he does because he is not doing anything.

Yeah, I don't think they do anything, just telling people what to do and budgeting. I think it's pointless.
