If you sit in separate rooms, lock the doors, and use noise cancelling headphones I don't think there will ever be an issue.

not working ani cheppalem as they will be busy with meetings the whole day , only they know what goes in those meetings

they typically will not have any technical deliverables so they must be good in presentations and communicating roadmaps , goals etc
