I think it depends man , some who are here for several years more or less behave decently , I have some good friends from witch batch even though I was FT in my previous company , they are as decent as anyone I came across , however , the ones who move in their strange social circle of bots will behave differently though

somethings I observed:

mostly talk about eh okati , gc , ead all the time 

saying yes to everything asked by desi manager with out even thinking if its feasible or not , not speaking up during scrum meetings , fresh MS poragallu kooda ide type

same here...I know some witch folks (bachelors/uncles) who are far advanced than any typical MS student...reason behind I thought was their up bringing...they were born in cities and come from upper+ middle class and all their life they were exposed with urban lifestyle. Its just that either their F1 was rejected or never showed much interest on further studies and may be thats why they didn;t come to US as students.

Same thing with MS students who came from towns Vs cities...even now after completing MS and working in US for few yrs, they are almost same as typical Witch uncles.....I guess 2yrs or less MS chesinantha maathrana motham Americanized aiporu kada.....so its all about how were you raised back home and how much exposure you have with Urban culture.
