Simple logic. Why would a strong leader join congi under current circumstances given the fact that congi coming to power in center is far away from reality.

 

In my opinion, bjp has better chance compared to congi.

As for BJP , They are not trying to attract teddy leadership  and have the baggage of hindutva that many people in TG are not interested in . Center loki power lo ravalani state leaders korukoru , CM post is all that matters for strong state leader . 

Basic ga congress has a grassroot presence in villages due to teddy support , BJP outside few places does not have it . 

KCR can pass away anytime , people may choose to give congress power if they can put forward a coherent leadership and message
