Depends if you are from a village panchayat, you need to initiate it from there.

if you are from a Municipality, you need to initiate from Municipal office.

for both, ask your siblings or parents to go and provide your SSC cert, Aaadhar, and what ever else you have to register for birth certificate.

That office will forward that to SDO ( Sub divisional office) and you just have to wait.

SDO sends a LRBD cert (this will be printed at mee-seva) - this is what you need i think.

and using that Panchayat or Municipality can give you birth certificate. - just get this also incase

if you can get a broker, and spend some 10 or 20K certificate will come to your home.

First get the birth letter from hospital.. if you have this just go to the hospital municipal office and there are lot of brokers outside just beram adi deal set chesodame.. will take 10 days

Does it matter if the birthplace is different in bc then pp ? Or need to change the pp ?
