I don't know about 100 interviews everyday. I mean, you only get interviewed if you applied somewhere. And if someone is creepy, why would you apply there?

But you know we need to constantly take interviews . Nuvvu naku nachav lo cheptadu kada hand dull ayipotundi only casino ki adite ani . Hard reality is if we don’t take interviews constantly after a while we can’t crack an interview especially years FT lo stuck ayite.

They don’t take pic in interview read the post . The vendor is taking pics before they even submit resume to client . Meaning before applying . Creepy kabatte apply cheyale .

I am not looking for a job rey . I was shocked to see vendors want to take pics before submission . Ma employer ki transfer chesukunna not on bench ani teleka marketing . Jeetam vache varaku e month action 500.

last month, I interviewed a person for final round.. he was not good..  feedback from earlier round was that he is an excellent gem of a candidate..

I asked the previous interviewer about this guy.. the person’s features he described or communication skills didn’t match at all.. we felt that different people attended the interview for two different rounds.. Director complained to the vendor about this person.. now they are taking screenshots for every interview and passing along with the resume for next round.. 🤦‍♂️
