last month, I interviewed a person for final round.. he was not good..  feedback from earlier round was that he is an excellent gem of a candidate..

I asked the previous interviewer about this guy.. the person’s features he described or communication skills didn’t match at all.. we felt that different people attended the interview for two different rounds.. Director complained to the vendor about this person.. now they are taking screenshots for every interview and passing along with the resume for next round.. 🤦‍♂️

Interview lo it makes sense . But submission mundu is really weird . Consulting lo enni calls and submissions Ayitayi everyday andariki photos panchukuntama? Don’t know where it gets misused .

I was asked about it only once an year ago.. I told the recruiter to take it from the photo id or from my LinkedIn profile..

Oh . Nenu interview lo I experienced like 7 years ago  . I was asked to show photo I’d at the beginning of the interview . Then the video interview started .

Our people are going to extremes to manipulate the interview process and get jobs.. employers and vendors are also coming up with ways to get genuine candidates..

No sane company would do this .  Evanni TCS/Infosys kind of companies only do . I might be wrong but nenu experience chesina 3 cases through these companies .  People have privacy even in platforms like Facebook Akkada kuda you share pics only with private group and people you trust .

Not really.. they cannot pass around the DL due to privacy issues as that contains sensitive info. They can pass along the photo. Put your photo on LinkedIn and ask them to use that.
Developer and QA roles will always have this problem as they get more candidates and have to filter out fake candidates...

DL is mandatory Atleast from 5-6 years in consulting for submission .  This screenshot from Skype is after submitting DL , I797 and passport number .

Yes.. They submit them to the employer securely. but they cannot pass these To the interviewer.. they pass the picture to the interviewer
