All vendors are sree Rama’s and you think they don’t do identity theft ? 
Simple scenario they know last 4 of your ssn , your first name last name , DL and mobile phone number . They can call or chat with network provider and hack into your att kind of account . They can get all your info . Mobile providers ask last 4 ssn and these vendor morons have a lot more than that . Ila enta cheyachu e info to ? On top of this photo on Skype . How you justify all this Andi for hiring a legitimate candidate ? Call for in person if you need genuine candidate and stick to your policy but you can’t compromise others personal info for the sake of hiring right person . This is using vulnerability of candidate who is desperate for a job .

Why will you get on a video call with a recruiter even before resume submission to take screenshots ?  Btw these are not prime vendor interviews .  Online resume chuse recruiters asking for Skype call .
