On October 7, 2020, OFLC uploaded the prevailing wage data from the Occupational Employment Survey as generated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics to implement the Interim Final Rule (IFR) published in the Federal Register on October 8, 2020. The wages are for the period from October 8, 2020 - June 30, 2021. The effective date of the IFR is October 8, 2020. Prevailing wage determinations issued from the National Prevailing Wage Center will reflect the new data.
