Most companies won't even hire H-1Bs as they can't pay that much. Eventually, this may lead to less and less H-1Bs as all existing H-1Bs may get Greencards 

When there is no demand, they have to layoff many people at USCIS and other departments

Yes, but the problem is not coming up with criteria. Its all about single party having presidency, House and Senate and then take it up to get it done. 

 

That part is not going to happen as Dems are for family based immigration and they can be majority in any of House/Senate/President

Deeni valla naku telisi outsourcing inka perugutundi..ikkada janalu dorakaru and veelu tondaraga vere locations ki move avvaru..same ilanti situation vsste Obama reverse chesadu..initially he blocked all h1bs but later on changed the process..
