Same employer to two contracts is legal . Concurrent approval Koncham difficult but I recently know a person who got approved. He has FT and now doing contracting too . I asked my employer to apply for me as I am also kinda doing same but my employer told let’s get another contract rather . Lawyer kuda it’s risky but we can take a chance Annadu . Concurrent ki usually RFE padutundi anta .

It’s legal to work on multiple projects if it’s same employer. Roju ki oka client to kuda you can work as you are still employee of your employer and they are providing services to their client .
