My LCA for H1 Transfer was applie dunder level 2 and got approval last week. Now we found there's an error and have to refile LCA

Yeah. I lost trust in that lawyer. LCA was approved 2 weeks back and now they realize their mistake.

 

Effed up situation if the new wage determination holds true

If they need to refile from new dates, it is better to wait for sometime till the litigation is filed and courts block the new wage rule.

Ask lawyer take Murthy appointment for 30 mins and proactively check your documentation or talking to your lawyer . FT lo Koncham kashtam Follow up Cheyadam as they don’t care and are super slow in responding .
