My LCA for H1 Transfer was applie dunder level 2 and got approval last week. Now we found there's an error and have to refile LCA

If they change back to level 1 what is the point in increasing the wages ? Min level 2 undali . They might have changed the level only no ? They are trying to make it difficult to meet h1bs that criteria .

Depends on your position. 

If you apply for lower wage levels they might deny saying it is not specialized occupation.

Yes. Level 1 is minimum for sure. You can't file for h1 for wages below that.

Why dont you just bring it up with your manager .... Or just email HR and CC everyone ...

Level 1 vallaki okappudu rfes vaste e Kada we started with level 2 . Employers used to do level 1 as easy to run bench time payroll . I m thinking it’s not going to go back . These rules will be soon reverted . Anni companies gola pedatayi pay cheyalem ani .
