My LCA for H1 Transfer was applie dunder level 2 and got approval last week. Now we found there's an error and have to refile LCA

on a side note...ee DB antha H1B batch kada..No one else is getting affected by this new rule?

May be most of them do not have H1B renewals or etc as this point of time ....People are confident on Courts... anduke its a little silent...

Wait till court gives stay order on this. Then file h1 transfer on old wages.

H1 transfers extensions immediate gaa andariki vundav kada. 

If court doesn't give stay on this for months then eventually many will get affected.

H1 rules are after 60 days. Prevailing wages effective immediately.

Many 60 days time vundi ani cool vunnaru.
