Green card filing - on the DOB the date of registration is 2013. Will there be any queries

guys na BC certificate lo last name ledu..im working to get that fixed but it might take sometime.

 

485 filing lo BC include cheyyala? or can we submit later if asked? is it mandatory to include with your 485 application?

its a required document.

scanned copy and affidavits will do.

they need only birth certificate from municipality and date of registration doesn't need to be with in 1 year of date of birth.

nenu point 6 tesesa, since passport is enough for it.

2) any relative of ur wife should be fine.

nope...passport copy submit chestav kada...mottam book including blank pages.

father - notary 1

mother - notary 2

no need of passport notary.
