Friend's FT time offer went on hold because of wage level changes..

98k plus variable bonus ki accepted, Exton PA lo offer, BTech+MS+3 year exp. Process was supposed to start from Monday, now because of the wage level changes he can't meet wage level so the company has put the offer on hold... They want to wait for further guidance and meanwhile look for any GCs or USCs..

Yes a lot of resident doctors can't get H1 now.. Their salaries in residency are like 80k..

98k plus bonus that can go upto 20% of his salary is not bad for someone with only 3 years of experience. PA is not that expensive it is not like NYC..
