i did my 2nd MS on h1b   .. its part tine MS ..no i20 required... you can take all online courses too.

mee local and near by universities choosuko dora , check if they evening classes (like 6-10 etc) , when I did MS one guy used to travel 1.5-2 hrs to come for evening classes from work
