I've been doing OMAD since 3 weeks. 

One meal a day around 7 PM. I workout in a fasted state at around 5 PM everyday.

Feels great man. All shoulder pain gone, waist size down to 30.

Usually eat a rich and heavy meal. Daal, rice, steamed veggies. Start with bone broth soup.

Also eat a cake or ice cream after meal. Still lost 12 lbs and gained lean muscle.

Oh protein ki add eggs and chicken thighs, or ground Turkey, grilled salmon etc.
