Can we file lca with Level-1 for my H1 extension (previously it was filed with Level-2 all the time)?

With new H1 rules, my salary is atleast closer (less than $500) to Level-1 wage?

You can file whatever level you want. But, your level definitely plays role in getting approval.

At this point no one has any idea how these rules are going to impact man..

But coming to your question, wage level usually depends on Yrs of experience kada. 5 years exp tho level 1 is risky in my opinion but again you never know!
