CKGS Contract Ending Oct 31,2020 - Cant Renew Passports, Apply OCI or any other services through them.

My passport is expiring on 20 Jan 2021 .. Looks like CKGS is not offering its own shipping service now .. nor sure if they provide Drop off at UPS even though I send return label in package .. can I wait till November and apply ? Anyone know that contract will be renewed or some other vendor start services in November ?

am taking visa for my kid, OCI takes months antunnaru (but it was with CKGS), no idea how VFS works.
