Starting Nov 14, 2020, non-residents might be able to apply for WF. I heard they are changing their strategy! Quote

Unless it's a type 1 SSN, the application gets denied. There are many cases out there. Some might got lucky like you.. but it's not worth risking a pull ! Quote
