I didn't say he wanted them to obey. Edho judges meeting (public meeting related to some judicial reforms) lo he asked the options for taking the cases on politicans on priority basis before the normal cases. Google. I don't find anything wrong in his speach considering the event and it being his native place. Repu athanu ela judgement icchina, I will look into his judgement conclusion on what logical points he gave the judgement.
