Chamaleswar's son was accompanying Jagan during his Delhi tour to meet Amit Sha. And Chalameswar alleged in the past about NV Raman's proximity with CBN. And Chalameshwar was seen with Jagan in events - IndiaToday conclave and the below. Looks like his rivelry with NV Ramana has made him close with Jagan. Or he is NTR fan and anti CBN and pro YSR like Yarlagadda LP in that video.
