Nothing serious as they will accept without aadhar anukuntunna same nee situation chala mandiki unnadi and I don’t think it will be a issue but next time you go to India just apply for one as I did the same on my last trip and got the aadhar

Paina adhar mandatory kademo annav..adhar aithe kavali..eenadu lo kuda nri and adhar issue paina article vachindi.

Nothing wrong with that , I like the idea of having a single web portal to look at your property .

India main problem enti antey , revenue office lo manage chestey you can register anyone's property on your name .   By having such portals and OTP / mail system it will give you some piece of mind .

Back in 2000 maa relative dhi Hyderabad property ni errabeli dayakar rao and some teddy registered the property to their benamis  using fake papers .  They didn't notice it for 2 years , legal fight chesina no use . Five years tharuvatha 50-50 compromise they backed off as they could not fight in courts being NRI's .

Just checked bro aadhar seems mandatory. Worst case you will not be able to lookup your property on dharani but sure property is yours. Heard there are also some teething problems as the staff(old timers) are having difficulty in surveying and entering the data through the mobile app

3 years ago was clearing issues around titles on agriculture lands, a lot of people benefited through that excercise instead of circling aroung MRO offices, basically VRO/MRO were to manadated to every village and set up a camp and reissue updated passbooks like photo, aadhar, land records etc. this was especially useful for raithu bandu as the passbooks were linked to bank accounts, aadhar etc.

already couple of years back anukunta integrated household survey ani chesi thavatha data/reports motham bin lo padesinaaru. ippudu idhi, waste muchata, it doesn't work. inko 1 or 2 years lo inko survey.

6 years back chesindi social survey...to identify status of house holds, size of the family, economic s status, land holding status etc..

Rythu Bandhu estimates are based on this survey..

based on this survey, tarvata jarigina budget allocations anni ie survey mida ne jarugutunnayi

School enrollment, anganwadi, old age pensions, agricrop insurance, crop loans, crop loss report, etc ilantivi annitiki “Telangana Samagra Survey” is the base..

Jaragali survey malli malli, 45 days lo land records sakkaga chestha ani dhora cheppadam , great ani janaalu feel avvadam. It’s as simple as that ani ela anipisthundhi vaa janalaki

good that dhora is trying to find a solution for these land issues but its not so simple, it will take some time ila hadavidi ga cheyadam valla issues ekkuva avuthaayi kaani fix avvavu
