Kim Jong-un declares North Korea COVID-19 free at major pre-dawn military parade

The North Korean leader attended the parade, which is believed to have been held to mark 75 years since the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea. Kim also gave a speech where he admitted North Korea is experiencing economic hardship and praised people for preventing the spread of COVID-19. A new intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) was also displayed at the parade.
