Nothing will happen to him , if any action is going to be taken in such cases they must be convicted within five years of accusation . 

It is impossible to prove the allegations after a long time unless there is high level political intervention like in Sasikala case . If Jayalalithaa was alive , no one would have dared to touch her case after her victory
