if you can wait for 2-3 months its better coz many lawyers are ready to file lawsuits or else go with the extension if you think you can get your LCA approved with the new wage limits

2.. They didn’t follow the rule making process of notice and comments

3. They skipped the economic impact analysis to fast track the rule

4. The rules circumvent the laws and modify the laws without the approval if the congress

5. There is no justification or supporting data to support the new wage levels

Our mestri arranged a call with the attorney on Friday and he mentioned these points and a lot more points in the call. The attorney mentioned that even USCIS and DOL are aware that these rules will be struck down in courts but they did it upon the insistence of the current administration for votes in the upcoming presidential election
