h1 b transferr....from non-profit to regular company

selected in lottery.....worked on h1b for 4 years with regular company A

currently working on h1 b ....for a non-profit org company B

can I transfer to company A again ?

I don't see any reason why not. May be they may give it only for 2 years if I-140 is not approved
