I think downgrades are going to happen big time, I have heard two of my friends saying their company immigration attorneys have put a pause on h1b processing temporarily as they are busy with greencard.

That being said witch which hold a large share aren’t downgrading. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I dont think that is true. If u have 140 its upto u to take it forward to next level when dates become current. I have heard from few of them working at witch filing independently.
