Apparently moving back to old location is not an option for him now.

Moving back to old is only option. If not find new job and apply H-1 transfer

Amendment file cheyodhu simple go back to the place where Lca is filled it’s no brainer

Why can't he move to old city if on opt..1 hour decision. I moved wherever I want even in h1b..as simple as that .

If going back to old location is not an option ask him to apply amendment with same salary get denied and move back to India
