Downgrade eb3

My full-time employer(big financial client) downgrading around 1000 petetions to eb3.. 

I am assuming by December around 2 lakhs Desi's will get ead !!

But edo kotta rumour vastundi bro , people are telling they might have to amend the existing 140 , you will loose the eb2 and you will only have eb3, this is spreading a lot today

Yes after you ammend if dates go to 2008 you are good..if that ammendment takes six month and dates retrogress to eb3 2008then you are in deep sh$t

2008 ki munduku vellavu, Already 2010 lo unde kada both eb2 and eb3. The reason eb2 used to go back because people use to upgrade from eb3 to eb2. EB3 dates back unde before eb2. Anduku eb2 back velthunde. my prediction is both eb2 and eb3 early 2012 ki velthai adn will stay there for long.;
