My favourite characters from a comedy movie

Take a few minutes to watch these clips , I watched them so many times and each time it felt better than before. 

Robert Downey Jr was playing Kirk Lazarus playing Lincoln Osiris. Its a commentary/satire on two trends in hollywood which are the whitewashing of characters of a different ethnicity other than white as well as the trend of actors going through ridiculous lengths to get into a role .

Tom cruise was playing as les Grossman , a Hollywood executive producer as greedy as a pig which represents the real face of Hollywood big shots . 

I couldn't even identify them the first few times I watched the movie (Tropic Thunder)
