Att US number india lo vadthunapudu, 2nd call voste VM ki podha? 
telugu lo carrier msg vosthundi. How to change that to English or avoid !

setup wifi calling to avoid using indian telephone carriers.

yep, but wifi calling works only on ATT devices. Not on unlocked devices
