EB3 lo file chesukovachu nuvvu... if you want.. Now.

 

If you wan't to wait for EB2, then it may happen by the end of next year or in 10 years if everything is back to normal

My new employer told dont downgrade.  Ni ishtam cheyamante chestam but RFE padutundi for downgrading also that salary ki antunnadu.

how akka ?? new rules are from dec 2 you are submitting the  old perm ela padthundi ?

 I got h1 transfer approved  with new employer last week.  PERM cheyinchi approve ayyi kotha employer to eb3 lo apply cheste sangathi he told.  I am assuming dates will go back by the time i am ready.

Yea Ad avanni ready unnayanta luckily e roje docs pampa PERM ki. Yes level 4 . 

Alochinchi cheppamannadu EB3 or EB2 by Friday.  Edi ayina ok but EB3 not recommended antunnadu. DOnt know if he saying because i need to wait more if i apply in EB2 and he can make more money as it delays my EAD.  Guddiga e employers ni kuda nammadaniki ledu. I am thinking to talk to a lawyer for suggestion.

Make your PERM certified for EB2 , oonce the perm approves based on the availability you can use that perm for eb3 or eb2, in the perm we never mention its eb2 or eb3 , so better have the perm quealified for eb2 

Onc ethe PERM approves you can apply for both too if you want
