I don’t think Apple or any major Tech company is doing this right now. LCA meeda only base salary untadi.

Pay structure might change in the future if the rule is not annulled but nothing is in the works as of now.

As of now no one Mestris or FT Employers including FAANGs are filing LCAs or H1 extensions or transfers. Andaroo waiting for the upcoming law suits and the rule to be stuck down..
