if downgrade is recommended, what to file, amendment or new petition for I140?

heard I140 new petitions are returned and asked to file as amendment.

I didn't know we can do i140 amendment. MY PD is also close to yours.

Emo bro just fiulled questionare , paisalu kattanu they are going to send final forms for signature in next week apdu chusi chepta emi chesado, even eb3 lo full ga unna aina I am ok , naaku job mida inko 1 year kanna nammakam ledu at least looking for backup option

If I were you, I would just file it. Be it Amendment, Be it new I-140 I don't care.

New gaa file sesthe uscis not even accepting applications ani rumor/talk 

Check with your attorney. 

For your date I would definitely downgrade.
