It is mostly attorneys work. Company HR doesn't has much other than minor paper work. 

Attorneys will be working 24X7 all this month to file.

if its down grade , even if you get EAD make sure 140 downgrad eis approved first

EAD is applied just based on AOS reciept not the underlying details ( here the case will be procedded as you applied 485 and 140 concurrently, and you will get AOS reciept on this reciept you get EAD, but if something hjappens to our 140 everything will be screwed

Some talk in the trackitt is that your EAD processing won't start till your 140 is approved in downgrade scenario. Not sure how true it is.

What will have you about 140 info on all forms? 944 needs the approved 140 receipt no and how EAD can be processed without all this details? so 765 is dependent on 485 kada?

bro naa situation lo yuntey em chestaru meeru and pls suggest what is the right way .

approved i140 EB2 aug 13 and moved to new employer (FTE). New employer start cheyaledu labor. They said they will start soon. 

ee current situation lo old employer payroll ki velli downgrade cheyinchukomantara leka new employer tho perm apply chesukoni i140 eb3 lo chesukovala ?

If new employer what precautions we need to take for them to apply 140 eb3 ?

i am more concerned about final action dates

old employer payroll ante...h1 transfer cheyali kada... means new wage levels lo apply cheyali. are you earning enough to do it?
