really?? then what experience do they submit to USCIS or DOL for a fresher candidate who has zero experience literally that's working at a fake job with fake resume which he got through fake pr@xy interviews??

does uscis as about your experience ? have you ever seen a i129 form ? they dont care. they care you have a real job offer, doing real work, job definition matches their cirteira and being paid above minimum.
