Yeah, vepa neem leaf instead of stimulants is not bad idea

Use neti pot...and regular ga steam. Avoid cold stuff, stay as warm as possible. Daily head wash alavatu unte...try to dry the hair asap. Don't soak.

when you are drinking cold stuff, make sure not to touch your teeth...this is very important..

+1 , all the remedies mentioned in this thread are for temporary relief

go get check by a doctor whether in India or US and see if you have any issues in the nasal passages or bone etc , it could also be the cause and they can correct it

try allergy medicine first ( walmart lo dorukuthai medicine 4-5$ untundi chinna bottle with 50 caps or so, you might have allergy)
